2 oz. High Mark Amaretto
1 oz. fresh Lemon juice
1 dash Bitters
1/2 oz. Liquid Egg Whites
- Shake all ingredients over ice until frothy.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass.
Garnish: 1 Lemon Wheel Slice & 1 Cherry on a wooden cocktail sword.
