This Single Malt, Single Barrel Bourbon was Battle Born in Nevada

And refined to a buttery smooth sophistication.

(90 Proof) Nothing rivals our Nevada Sweet Corn grown in the desert, through fire and ice conditions. Our Bourbon is then aged in the finest American White Oak barrels that are toasted to a perfect Char 3. Each of our single barrels are distinctly unique, like a fingerprint. No two are ever exactly alike. This is half the fun of a fine Bourbon experience! 

High Mark Bourbon leads with elevated tones of buttery smooth caramel, gentle sweet vanilla, a husky oak body, and a beautiful Praline finish. Our delightful Bourbon is for those who enjoy a fine smokey oak nose, a clean smooth body, and enough heat to keep you longing for another sip.

HUSKY OAK BODY, AND A PRALINE FINISH

MASTERFULLY AGED TO A SMOOTH PERFECTION

High Mark Old Fashion

In a chilled Rocks Glass with 1 ball of pure Ice

1 oz. High Mark Bourbon

½ oz. fresh pressed mini orange or mini tangerine

1/8 oz. High Mark Amaretto

1 Cherry + a drizzle of cherry juice (We use Amarena Fabri- Wild Italian Cherries)

Blend all Ingredients well

Garnish: Cut a long strip of orange peel. Using a Crème Brulé torch, hold the end of the orange peel and toast it until it smokes and you can smell the orange oils. Instantly add the smoking orange peel to your drink. Enjoy one of the BEST Old Fashioneds that you will ever have!
