AGE VERIFICATION
Must be 21+ in order to purchase our Alcohol spirits.
Only certain items have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. These Items are T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hats. All other items will be decided on a case by case basis. We work with 3rd party providers and retailers who make and ship our merchandise except our Spirits, although our spirits are also shipped by local retailers based on your State Laws, we don't have any control once our spirits are in the hands of the retailers who will fulfill your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Alcohol purchases are final sale and cannot be returned. If there was an issue with your product during delivery, with proper proof, we will do the best we can to mitigate the issue on your behalf with the local retailer who shipped the product to you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, alcohol, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

➔ Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited after they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email orders@highmarkdistillery.com before the order ships.
➔ Can I return my order?
Orders that contain alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received the wrong item in your order, please email orders@highmarkdistillery.com and we will make it right.
➔ Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be requested to be canceled until they are shipped. A request to cancel does not guarantee cancellation. Please send requests to orders@highmarkdistillery.com
➔ Can I get a refund?
We can process refunds on a case by case basis. Please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect shipment to orders@highmarkdistillery.com
➔ What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, our team will work to make it right! Send us an email orders@highmarkdistillery.com with a photo of the damaged order and we will coordinate a reshipment within 3 business days.
