(50 Proof)  Apple Jack is a traditional Scottish Hard Spirit.  Great-Uncle Tim finally handed the secret family recipe down to our Master Distiller.  Our Apple Jack is made from organic, heritage seed apples grown on private organic orchards near High Mark Distillery. There are only a handful of distilleries in America currently making true Apple Jack—we are one of them.  Apple Jack is great as a hot toddy in the winter, and fantastic over ice in the summer.  A bottle of this goes down smooth and strong. A bright, clean, sweet corn moonshine with a smooth, warm finish. 

A true legacy sipping shine.

(90 Proof) This is a traditional sweet corn mash moonshine. The recipe comes from the Appalachian Trail in West Virginia.  We then perfected it in the frozen lands of Sterling, Alaska, and we continue to distill it in the Wild West of Nevada, to this day.

Our moonshine is made of 100% Sweet Corn, grown in Nevada for our Reno distillery.  We call this our “Health Drink” because it is Gluten Free. We keep it pure and strong, never mixing other grains in with it.  Blind Cat Moonshine is made in a copper pot still, then triple filtered for purity.

It is the 1st Legal Moonshine ever made in Alaska! Nevada has the pleasure of enjoying a strong nip of it now, too.  It mixes very clean for house drinks, and has become a continued success!
