A family vacation to Gatorland in Florida led to a great friendship between High Mark Distillery and a gentleman by the name of Mr. Miller, who happened to teach us about gators, and knew quite a bit about moonshining and the best berries to use. This gentleman had handwritten recipes that had been passed down from his Grand Dad from the swamps of Northern Florida, and he didn't mind if we tried to make a batch or two with his recipes. We kept this version of our 'Shine smooth and friendly, to let the blueberries steal the show. It's like a homemade blueberry cobbler baked right into this bottle!
